I found from URA website that there were two units at 1302 sqft sold this year, May and July but I did not even see them listed any where in the property guru or newspaper? Can someone advise why? Also, how many bedrooms for this 1302 sqft?

They could be transacted through referrals rather than via public listings.

I have checked. 1302sqft is 2 bedrooms.

    Hi Alfred, Thanks for responding. I am currently looking for a good size 3 bedrooms with budget 1.3mil to 1.6mil depending on the development and condition. Anyway along this area but please no Telok Kurau.
